Northwest Arkansas Wedding Photographer

On April 21, 2024, I had the absolute pleasure of shooting a wedding at one of Arkansas' most iconic spots—the Mildred B. Cooper Chapel in Bella Vista. Let me tell you, this venue is pure magic. The chapel’s stunning architecture, surrounded by nature, was the perfect backdrop for Aaron and Julitza’s big day, and as a photographer, I couldn’t have asked for a better setting.

The Before

No getting ready or pajama photos to start this day. We went straight to the first look with Dad. That special moment between Julitza and her dad was so moving, I even teared up!!

It's Showtime

Under the chapel’s soaring glass walls a heartwarming ceremony commenced, where the couple exchanged vows and celebrated their first kiss as a married couple. Addison Richman with How Eventful did an incredible job with coordination, making sure everything ran seamlessly, so the couple could enjoy every moment. Immediately following the ceremony we began couples photos with the stunning architecture in the background.

The Party

After the ceremony, guests made their way to Record Bentonville for the reception, where How Eventful’s gorgeous florals really stole the show. Con Quesos provided the most delicious catering (hello, tacos!), and the couple’s cake was a sweet combo of Whole Foods for the top tier and mini Nothing Bundt Cakes for the guests. Can you say yum?

Complete Weddings + Events had the vibes were high throughout the night with music from pop, hip hop, all the way to the hispanic classics even the abuelos were getting up to dance! The couple’s looks were on point and lasted all night long, thanks to Morgen (hairbymorgenrusher)for hair and Mikayla (mikake.up) for makeup. Plus, the rings! Aaron’s sleek band from Ridge and Julitza’s stunning pieces from Denver Studio and Facets and Karats were perfection.

What a day to remember! I’m so grateful to have been part of their special celebration!
